I ordered an item which was out of stock with the manufacturer and they were brilliant, they provided updates, offered replacements and were happy to wait for it to be back in stock as I asked them. When they finally got it from the manufacturer they called me up to arrange delivery at a convenient time. And all this at a very competitive price!
