I purchased a gift voucher for my husband for Xmas- we have now gone to the shop 3 times and it is never opened. He would like to chose his glasses rather than get them online. The opening hours are on the website so why is it never opened. We have emailed twice and tried calling but nobody answers the phone. I now fell we will have to go legal with this
