Jodie went above and beyond to get my sunglasses to me before my holidays. Gucci had a delay in shipping and the labs had an IT issue and still through all these obstacles, Jodie not only secured delivery of my sunglasses in time but also kept me updated throughout. Working in retail myself, I understand the constant barriers with supply chain but have never experienced such superb customer service and will be using Jodie as an example in my own job.
