I was visiting Dublin a few weeks ago when my friend sat on my Serengeti sunglasses and damaged both temple hinges. I took them into Sunglasses.ie and learned that the model had been discontinued and replacement parts were not available. Rob then tried to fix them by bending the hinge back into shape. He succeeded, preserving by $200 sunglasses. Rob then declined payment from me, which was astoundingly generous. Such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Rob and his team at sunglasses.ie -- they have wonderful product and are exceptional people.
