Placed an order on March 29th. Money was taken from my card extremely promptly, got email with invoice confirming my order was placed. Status of order has been "processing" ever since. No updates, or responses to 2 emails I have sent to enquire on status if my order ( and yes, I have checked spam folder)
I guess a credit card charge back request with my bank is my only remaining option?
