I ordered and paid R4798 for two occasional chairs R2399 each on the 3rd of April 2021.On the 5th the order was cancelled and said these been an error the chairs were sold out and the will refund my money. On the 7nth I got a refund of R2399 I sent an email and attached my bank statement that I got only refund for one chair. They sent me a screenshot of what's suppose to be proof of refund for both chairs and I should wait 7days if it doesn't reflect on my account I should go to my bank and ask them to track both refunds which I did The bank said if the money didn't reflect on my statement then the money wasn't received I got back to the fashion assistant and she said ascalet the matter to finance department, I'm still waiting for feedback from them surprisingly another lady is experiencing the same thing with her refund
