I placed an order and used PayJustNow as my payment method. The first installment of R799 had been deducted from my bank account, however my order not long after got cancelled by Superbalist. They claim that there was a failed payment from PayJustNow's part, which is why they cancelled the order, and advised me that PayJustNow needs to refund me. I have spoken to PayJustNow who have confirmed that they are not able to refund me until they receive communication from Superbalist to confirm the cancellation and that a refund should be processed, however 3 weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails made, and still, no contact has been made by Superbalist to PayJustNow, despite many emails, calls and time wasted on my part trying to get this resolved. The service has been utterly disgraceful and disappointing to say the least. PayJustNow sent a direct email to Justine in the Finance Department from Suparbalist, and to date, she has not responded to their email, making it difficult for them to proceed with my refund. This has been escalated to the Finance Department and Justine directly multiple times by Superbalist agents as well, however nothing is being resolved. My 2nd PayJustNow installment is due to be taken in a week, for an order that had been cancelled, which will result in me having to fight for 2 payments of R799, if this is not resolved before then!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SUPERBALIST!!! Your lack of interest in assisting your customers is disgraceful!!! I will think twice to shop with your company again!!

2 weeks later. Still waiting for refund to be processed. At this stage it is stealing as you took my money but did not give me a product.

Orders are always delayed . I don't understand why would it take 2 weeks to get something local, I mean Shein take a week and they import from china. I am never ordering from them again!!!!!I bought this item on the 8 October the estimated delivery date is 18 Oct 2024.

I still await my refund. Its been 4 weeks and you guys couldnt be bothered to assist me. You have my items I returned but i still don't have my refund. You failed to tell me my delivery was cancelled. I spoke to 5 different agents all who did absolutely nothing. So i don't know what more to say. I've paid for goods which you still have, but aren't doing a damn thing about refunding me. I've explained the same damn issue countless times and all I get is incompetence. Like WTF?

I will never again support this company. They have sold me a product that does not do as it promises, and refused to investigate further. This made me wonder if it is because they are selling counterfeit products? Why would a company refuse to investigate a faulty product?

Order was very late, and then came incomplete, but they still sent an email stating that my order has been delivered. Knowing very well that only one item was delivered, because there's way these two could have fitted in this one package.

Bought 2 bottles of sol de janeiro and they were absolute fakes!!!! Biggest scammers ever!!!! Tried contacting them to no avail!!!! eventually they emailed me saying that parallel imports are products purchased from a third party and that they are original!!!! That's is an absolute LIE!!! Do not buy from Superbalist ever!!!! Shocking!!!!

I so far bought 3 perfumes D&G and they last long same as the perfumes from other retail stores [Dichem & Clicks], their delivery is fast, I have never encountered any problems like even now I ordered NWS NIKE FLEECE yesterday Sunday when I check the status says Dispatched, honestly I am happy with their service 😀

I ordered a patio couch and paid for Sunday delivery as I was unable to be home on other days. Delivery was confirmed. The couch was not delivered. On Monday I received a message that it would be delivered on Monday. I called customer care to reschedule for the following Sunday. This was confirmed. On the Saturday prior to delivery I received a cal from the driver to say that he does not work on Sundays and that they lied to me that they could deliver on Sunday. When I told him I could not receive the item on Saturday he processed a cancellation of my order and my couch was sent back to the warehouse and a refund supposedly processed. 9 working days later still no refund. After a number of emails unanswered I finally called and was told they would process the refund today. Still they have not send me confirmation of this as promised. Now I have to wait a further 5 days not knowing if I will receive the refund or not. Shocking service from Superbalist.

I bought from Superbalist and my order wasn’t delivered on the scheduled date. When I called the following day to enquire about it, I was told that the item went to the wrong warehouse and they are stony sorting it out and I should wait until I get an SMS and they are not even sure when I will get that SMS as they are still busy trying to get my order to the correct warehouse.

I bought a couch from Superbalist and paid for Sunday delivery. I received confirmation sms and email to say my order was being prepared for delivery and I would receive it Sunday. Waited at home all day Sunday - no delivery. Then get sent a message to say that the item will be delivered Monday - when I am at work so I managed to contact customer care and they apologised and re-scheduled for the following Sunday. Again I get confirmation emails to say delivery will be Sunday. Then the preceding Saturday I get a call from the driver to say they will not deliver on Sunday because they don't work Sundays. And when I told him I had paid for Sunday delivery, and it was confirmed but customer services, he told me they ****. He did not deliver my order on Sunday. He tried to deliver on Saturday when I was not home. And then they cancelled my order and issued a refund. So I have now lost out on the patio couch I had bought and paid for because I was not home for the wrong delivery days they decided to deliver on.

Superbalist have a bad service lately,2 weeks back I ordered and on the day of delivery I got a mail saying they apologize they delivered on wrong warehouse. I waited for another week for my delivery on the day of delivery when I called I was told my order was canceled because the driver came 3 times imagine I'm at work reception is there. Ok on my Monday I reorder the delivery was today around 12 I got a miss call I returned a call immediately the phone was on on voice-mail, after an hour I get hold of the person whose a driver he told me I buzzed at your reception no one opened ,he asked what time I go home I said 5 he said he will come before 5. Since I ve been calling before till now no answer phone just ringing. The service is bad and they don't care about customers won't recommend.

I bought Calvin Klein Euphoria perfume, while it was on "sale" at R1100. I still had my old bottle but thought I would top up while it was on sale. I'm ever so sorry I wasted R1100!! I do not believe what Superbalist sold me to be an authentic perfume! It is advertised on their website as a Calvin Klein perfume and priced at the same price as other reputable retailers like Edgars, Foschini etc. However, it definately does not smell or perform like my old bottle! The smell is gone within a few minutes of spraying, and I'm left with a faint almost chemical smell! It is illegal to be selling counterfeit products, and I realised right after the first time I used it, that I had been duped, because perfume is non refundable or returnable on Superbalist! Is there any way a person can take this further? If their products are counterfeit, which I believe they are, then they should not be listed on their website as authentic or using the designer brands name, and CERTAINLY not charging people what other retailers are charging for AUTHENTIC perfume! There should be an investigation into this, as I see I am not the first person to be complaining about the perfume they are selling....

I have had the worst experience trying to get a refund for an item I returned a month ago. It has been 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my money. I have never ever experienced such incompetence and lack of empathy for the customer. Initially the refund was paid but they used the wrong bank. When I brought this to their attention, they said they would investigate and give me feedback but nobody attempted to resolve the problem or even give me feedback. The matter was handed to Muntu S, who is a supposed manager but he has been so unhelpful. He never returned my calls or emails and he doesn’t know how to handle customer queries efficiently. Superbalist needs to train their staff on how to solve problems because that is essentially what good customer service is about and without good customer service, you will not have returning customers. A week ago I spoke to Grant who assured me that he would assist to resolve the situation. He loaded the payment and contacted finance and I was so hopeful that it would be resolved. I was pleasantly surprised when he kept his word and notified me once the payment was supposedly made. It has been a week since they claimed to have processed the payment again but still I haven’t received anything. Grant promised to check on the proof of payment once available and give me feedback but I am yet to see any proof that the payment was made. I have spent so much time, effort and airtime contacting these people to try and get my money back. I am tired and frustrated and going to take the matter to small claims court if I don’t receive my money this week. Be warned, stay far away from Superbalist. The promotions and discounts that they offer is really not worth hassle and horrible customer service. I will never again purchase from this company

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, the order arrived at the pick up point. I opened my order for Ray-Bans infront of the counter assistant at the pick up point. Inside was a Ray-Ban box, with a Ray-Ban casing but unfortunately NO RAY-BAN INSIDE. This matter had to be investigated and took 3 weeks. 11 days ago a refund was approved and yet no money has been refunded to me.??? Easy how Superbalist immediately deducts money from your account, but then fails to deliver the product and still keeps your R2350???? Never ever order from them, they will take your money. Never answer phones,, no respond to emails and when someone eventually answers the matter gets "escalated"????? Lies. Thieves.
