I ordered a Timberland shoe which costs R1959.00 , the amount was deducted from my account , when I arrived at the pick up point , I opened the box which has a loose seal while inside the pick up point and found a Converse box with a used pair of Converse inside the box , I immediately called the head office and all I was told was they will escalate the matter , I refused to accept the package and left it at the pick up point after logging a return!! Now I have been robbed for my money R1959.00 and I have nothing to show for it except a few emails all saying the issue has been escalated !! Is this the way Superbalist is supposed to conduct sales and service to rob and defraud customers and more frustration occurs when they just do nothing about their pathetic service!!! I ordered the item as a gift and because of the incompetence of Superbalist I had to go to a Timberland store and buy another shoe while Superbalist has my money and just refuse to make an effort to properly solve the issue as easy as it was for them to deduct the funds from my account and send me utter rubbish!!! Beware … Don’t use Superbalist my experience with them only show me a bunch of thieves !!!!
