To date I haven't received any communication regarding my order. It said delivery 23March and its the 5th of April and still no communication. The app doesn't help much under tracking my order. The last update I got was on the 21th of March @ 14:19 "in transit to distribution hub" That's it! lask week I went to take a lot delivery point and they listed the parcel as "short received" yet you guys went and said the DC claimed it & STILL I don't have my parcel. I sent an email on the 31st, receiving an email back saying: " We have a much quicker way for you to find the help you need using our online help options. Visit our Help page here (https://accounts.superbalist.com/support) for answers to delivery, order, payment and product related questions and you will respond in ONE BUSINESS day"??????? - STILL NOTHING!!!!!! I sent an email on the 1st of April @ 11:40 and yesterday was the 4th of April and still NOTHING!!!! If your client concierge team is available from 07:00 - 06:00pm Mon - Friday, Saturdays between 09:00 - 12:00pm and Sundays between 11:00 - 02:00 pm - Can you PLEASE let me know how come to date I haven't received any communication regarding my email or parcel??? Today is the 5th of April AND STILL NO ONE has contacted me. Your landline NEVER works, there is always "something" Can someone just get back to me!!!
