Order was scheduled to be delivered today. I paid an extra R60 to have it delivered on a Saturday. Received emails saying it will be delivered before 17h00 today.
It is 16h45, I have looked on the app and it says delivered. I phoned Takealot as they are the delivery partners and spoke to a very helpful Monique who confirmed that the driver delivered the package to the incorrect address.
I had cancelled plans today to be available and am absolutely fuming ! How the package can even be delivered to the incorrect address is beyond me.
Still waiting…
