I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Superbalist on my last order.
I ordered Skechers that were on special and received the incorrect size twice due to an error made by Superbalist.
Logged a query with them on 3rd August.
On the 5th August I was advised the following:
"We will escalate the matter to our warehouse team to check the sizes at the warehouse
As soon as we receive any feedback, we will revert back to you
We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused"
On the 10th August I was further advised as follows:
"The retail team has suspended the item from the website
They are currently investigating the item
As soon as they receive feedback, they will let me know and I will then revert back to you
Unfortunately, they are unable to provide a timeline for how long the investigation might take
Should you want to log a return for a refund, you are able to log one for the item or alternatively, you can let us know that we should log one for you
We do once again apologise for the inconvenience this has caused"
I have checked the website today and this item is on sale.
I don't understand why this hasn't been resolved.
It's so simple, send me my correct size that I ordered and take back the wrong size that was sent?
