Pathetic service - just cancelled an order without consulting with me first - told me to re-order because it rained!!!!! Seriously?
The item is out of stock - methinks rain had nothing to do with any of it....perhaps we don't update our commerce transactions and stock properly? Think about being honest with your customers......I will tell my friends and family about this - people are more sympathetic when companies are truthful.
