I received sneakers, fitted it and logged a return/refund the same day and placed it back in the box. Did not even fit both shoes. They picked it up on the Thursday, mailing me on the Tuesday saying that they won't refund me my money as the shoes are dirty??? And no phone calls, terrible client service.
They won't last long with this unacceptable way of doing business.
