If there was a zero rating l would have given them a zero or minus a million. I have lost so much money from transactions being charged multiple times and refunds into my account never being processed. The customer service is so poor and the agents are all dumb and dont do their work and useless. Please stay away from Superbalist they are scammers and fraudsters.
