Dishonest company who promised us a £30 refund due to leaving us stranded after midnight with no transport, because they failed to book the shuttle for us to pick up keys from a hotel half an hour away from the one we'd booked - and for 10 weeks and 16 emails they have lied to us about the refund, first claiming they'd paid it, then saying they'd chase it up. All their emails are copies of emails they've sent before. They are dishonest and shifty. We now have to go through small claims to get the refund, but it will cost them more because of the court fee. They are untrustworthy and have the WORST customer service.
