Absolute rubbish travel agency. Do not use them. They booked my elderly parents into a hotel which was totally unsuitable despite being asked to find a suitable hotel. My elderly father fell over twice and injured himself. They refused to give us a refund and hung up the phone when we tried to complain. There are much better Travel agent than this one.
