The only set back we had was our promised install date did not happen. We didn't even get a courtesy call explaining what was going on. Two weeks after the promise date I called and was told sorry, another job was running over schedule. Five weeks after our promised install date, on a Thursday, I called and told them I would be in the office the next day, Friday, to pick up my 50% deposit check and was told oh you are on the books for this Monday. I was very frustrated because we own a flooring business and would never treat a customer this way. We weren't even offered an appology or anything! The fence is beautiful they do great work if you are willing to wait until they decide to show up. Also, my yard looks beautiful and huge now!!
