This would be a 5 out of 5 except two things: 1. Communication about production status and shipping was sub-par. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on timeline, and most of them ended up being inaccurate. 2. There were a number of minor issues with the products themselves (which were otherwise awesome!). A. There were slight variations in chair leg lengths (which ostensibly they attempted to fix by trimming legs); and, B. The tabletop surfaces themselves had some blemishes that caused the paint to chip when rubbed with something as soft as a fingernail.
