AXS claim they have processed 2 refunds, for a total of £227.65, after March 2021.
I forwarded to AXS a letter from the credit card company (Tandem) advising "From the 17th of February 2021 Tandems Bank Identification Number for credit cards and the payment accounts associated with it have all been closed. After this date any attempted payments or refunds will have been automatically returned to the sender by the payment scheme provider".
Despite that, and many complaints for the past 3 months - these days AXS does not have a customer service number to call, and they do not answer their facebook message, AXS keeps telling me their refunds did not bounce back!
I've logged a complaint with Star.org.uk to recover my refunds.
If only AXS could be sensible and talk to Tandem? But that would be asking too much.
My advice: avoid AXS at all cost!
