I had to cancel the Queen / Adam Lambert concert because I was diagnosed with cancer. I live in The Netherlands but AXS made it quite easy to sell my two tickets through the app. The tickets were gone within minutes for 345 British pounds. The took about 40 pound service charge which I think is quite a lot but anyway.. I was helped, right? Well no.. as the amount shows up in the app, the amount does not show up on the website. AXS demands to go to the website to claim your money under payments “transfer money”. Also I cannot fill in a UK Loyds bank account. I have one but every time it gives me the message “Oops, no IBAN..”. Well, there is no room to put the IBAN. I could fill in my Paypal account but still where is my money?! I sent AXS UK a mail more then a week ago but I got no answer. I tried to call them but I got an answering machine that said there is no staff to answer the telephone due to Covid. Due to Covid??? There have been no restrictions due to Covid for months. I am from The Netherlands and I was always told that the British invented customer service. This though.. is not the customer experience I expect from any company. Frankly said.. so far this is the worst customer service I have ever had. They were good in taking my money fast. How can it be so hard to decently return it when the deal is final. Please pay me the money your company is due.
