I bought tickets to a show that had to be moved to a different venue due to a fire on June 24th. I received an email from AXS saying that I would be reimbursed for the difference in price for the tickets after 30 days. 30 days later and still no refund. I call and emailed them multiple times and they said they were refunding me the money in 3 to 5 business days. Still no refund. I also had two separate pairs of tickets supposed to be mailed to me, one of which was never received and the others showed up a week after that scheduled show. Buy your tickets elsewhere or deal with crappy customer service and a crappy company!
