I resold tickets through AXS TWO years ago and have never received the money for this. I have spoken to customer service teams and they have fobbed me off over and over by saying that I do not have an account set up - I had an account and PayPal set up. My account has now changed and there is no option to update this, when I try I get an error message. This company needs to be condemned for their illegal practice of pocketing the money gained from tickets twice on their platform.
I have done my research and other customers have had the same issue. Disgusting capitalist thieves.
