worst ever experience...I spent hours and hours sending emails, on phone support and chat support....the support team do not do anything to help with the issue. I have left several reviews on various sites about the appalling customer service experience I have been through, I even had a customer support agent reach out to me providing me with a email link to use....i tried to use it....it didn't work, unable to upload the information and had to reset the code provided every 15 minutes and try again...did this for over 2 hours..still unable to upload. Despite explaining in full detail exactly what happened with my wallet and coinbase.com access due to my putting lock on wallet they keep giving me useless information. I tell them this and they....get me to start the whole process again....i have lost sleep, hair and been disciplined at work as stressing out so much about the experience I am going through right now. They wanted me to open a new trust wallet - I did, they wanted me to open a new coinbase wallet - I did, they wanted me to provide my wallet address - I did and still cannot access my account due to a glitch in their system. System requests I verify myself by uploading a photo which I keep trying and trying to do but everytime I try too the glitch in the system wont let me....i have lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars as unable to get access to coin on coinbase.com - totally don't understand this as coinbase com meant to be separate to wallet...but if that's the case, why am I asked to go through the same process for both the wallet and coinbase.com and experience the same problem with both apps? i asked them if support line I provided with was a scam or not and no reply?? Provided them with details as worried I could be getting scammed again but ...no reply. This is one of the messages I sent them... I need to know if this is your service https://chaport.help/coinbasesupportonline as they are saying they are...I want to make sure I am not being scammed again as I spent 6 hours online with this service. They told me to open a new trust wallet and coin wallet to try and sort out this issue, are they part of customer support or a scam? They contacted me through your X Twitter service. Also am sending you a http link to click on to to see the last message I get as I am unable to upload this picture for some reason. To summarize everything I am going through: I can login to my wallet and to coinbase.app using my password etc On the wallet, I can put funds in and thats all. On the coinbase.app I can't do anything. To do anything more on both apps I need to verify my identity by uploading a photo. I follow the instructions and have photos ready to upload BUT...in the process of connecting the computer to my mobile as advised too I keep getting the same problem. 1. I scan the QR code and on the computer screen a message comes up saying 'you are connected, do not leave this page' 2. however on my phone comes a message which you will see if you click on this link http://coinbase.com/cam/GDUBKRFJ And that is the nightmare I have been experiencing for 14 days now....I desperately need this issue resolved as I need to see if someone has hacked my wallet, gained access to coinbase.com through it and taken all my coins out of it. The wallet that had the eth stolen from it is not showing up when I look on the wallet extension app which is a worry, they informed me my wallet was frozen due to suspicious activity but have not told me what the activity was...I still don't know if the coin I have on coinbase.com is all gone or not...great one coinbase! In answer to question below asking how I communicated with the company the answer is ....live chat/email and telephone! In response to some of my messages I was contacted within 3-6 hours, others 6-12 hours and 3-5 days for other responses.
