This week I purchased a hedge trimmer from these scammers, when it arrived it was an old, used, broken item that completely doesn't work! On contacting the auction house I was initially told I should have read the description properly before bidding, all items are sold as seen and no refund will be issued. I informed them I had read the the description and nowhere did it say it was a piece of junk. I was told it doesn't say that it is new and all items are customer returns or graded. On asking where this is stated I was informed that its on the T&Cs tab, sure enough hidden away at the bottom of a long list of terms is a sentence that states this. There is an auction title, auction description and an item description, none of which state this. This is deliberately misleading followed by an image of a brand new item. This hidden sentence is how they justify selling junk. I have just this evening found another auction from them and they state everywhere the items are brand new. My item was relatively low priced, I feel genuinely sorry for the people that have lost a lot of money with these scammers. Please take heed to the mass number of negative reviews, the positive ones are more likely fake.
