I bid on a graphics card using a site called BidSpotter, but wasnt aware that this was an intermediary for Supreme Auctions. After winning my bid I was told I had to pay the full invoice before delivery costs could be calculated / discussed. Paid the full amount, to then be told my delivery costs would be £72 as a 'private courier' was required for such an expensive item. I paid the £72. Was told I should be called within 7 days for delivery. It took 28 days before my item was delivered. After reading online reviews about Supreme Auctions I became nervous about the condition my item would show up in, so early on I requested photos of the items condition to be sent to me. They claimed they would send photos but never did. I asked several times. At one point I had told them I would prefer a refund to my item, and this seemed to create an adversarial relationship with supreme auctions. They even specifically instructed the 3rd party delivery driver (whom i requested photos from) to not send me photos. In the end my graphics card arrived with a missing cable, and I decided to resell it untested so I will never know if the graphics card worked or not - but when I raised concerns about my delivery with them they passed me on to a 'complaints' form which proceeded to say they cant help me further and that they would terminate further correspondence on the issue. I would strongly advise against using these people. Appalling customer service and they seem to be very dodgy. If you have problems with your order you will need to go to small claims court to resolve any dispute. Document everything. Record every phone call you have with them. When signing for receipt of goods record the interaction of you receiving the package and examining it's contents. When signing for receipt of goods include the condition of the goods alongside your signature. Do everything in your power to strengthen your case should you need to take it to small claims court. If you have concerns, do not immediately ask them for a refund or they will mark you as a "problematic customer".
