This is absolutely disgraceful. In your auctions, you intentionally mislead customers by showing photos of new items, making them believe they’re bidding on brand new products. Out of the four items I bought from you, none were new. One was in a disgusting used condition, I received the wrong AirPods Pro (first generation instead of model 2), one of the coffee machines was used and unfit for resale, and the second one was missing parts. I’m completely shocked. This is the last time I’ll be buying from you. What you’re doing feels more like a scam than a fair deal.
