Terrible lies and deception to keep it simple it's like dealing with under ground group of people I am a surgeon who works abroad I booked online and when I arrived there no pickup as described I had to wait in the cold for 45 mins no one answering phones when I arrived in their office the scam started 90 pound was already gone before we even start! They call it to secure the booking then they tried to charge me at least 4 times the price on the online deal they use people need and being stuck to make money 2 other customers in front me and beside me walked away despite paying the hefty deposit out of anger and I was no different I could not take it despite being tired and far away from home I cancelled and decided to take taxi to find a bus even when they claimed they cancelled pre authorisation of 1500 on my card they refused to give a paper to say that I stayed for another hour and it ended up me taking screen shot of their computer horrible experience and a scam program
