Total scam and genuine fraudsters. Avoid at all costs. We hired a car with this company in Turkey. When we returned it, we were told that there is a tiny scratch on the UNDERSIDE of the car caused by a small stone from the road. We were told that we will be charged for this but they couldn’t say how much. Sure enough, 200 Euros was deducted from our deposit for this “scratch” and the balance was returned to us weeks later. No major professional car rental company would charge for such a tiny scratch underneath the vehicle which you have no control over. We thought that was the end of the drama but sadly not. Approximately 9 months later (long after we had left Turkey), I noticed £100 charge on my credit card statement. They clearly still had my card details and decided to extract a little more from us with absolutely no reason to do so. I called my bank, cancelled my card, and reported the transaction as fraud. What a joke. I don’t know how this company can still exist. Considering all the bad reviews, the police should launch an investigation into these people.
