A total scam!! They charged me $260 euros for a scratch that was virtually the visible tithe naked eye. They tell you to take it up with your insurance company.
These guys are thieves and shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. You’re trying to have a nice time and then these scammers ruin the vacation. Seriously, someone should look these guys up, this hurts the reputation of the city and tourism.
