I Booked and paid for 13 days plus insurance. I gave my arrival details but fight delay 25 minutes so they re rented my car to a higher paying customer and refused to refund costing me over €300 euros. NEVER EVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY OR DO YOU ITALY. Total scam
