Felt entirely like a scam. It’s not “on sight” at the airport and you need to get a shuttle there. From that point, the customer service rep was rude. Told us we needed to pay extra for things, then even though I paid for insurance through Priceline, requested our insurance and wanted the declaration page, not just proof of personal insurance. We called our agent who said she’d send it but that it was strange. While outside, another renter was on the phone with his insurance trying to get the same info and his agent told him they don’t typically give that out. My husband then said he wanted a refund or we’d file a chargeback and the agent said “I’m refusing service.” I asked if it was because we figured out that this was a scam? Just don’t rent from here. Stay away!!
