Been hiring cars from more than 40 countries around the world. I can ABSOLUTELY say that from all of my experiences, SURPRICE ALBANIA has the worst trust issue. To the point that I felt they are almost a scammer. In short, the vehicle was not properly check before letting and when the problems occurred, they forced me to pay for their mistake. Despite that, I was the first one to contact their staff, and received a message 'do not worry, we will not charged you'. The staff later twisted their word, lied, to get away from it. Without letting me talk to their management, they forced me to pay for their team's mistake. Saying, 'IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY THAT I DID NOT CHECK THE CAR PROPERLY WHEN I TOOK IT.' That was the worst response ever, customer trusted the staff to properly check their vehicle. Not us! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY.
