Don’t go even close to Surprise Car rental in Sofia’s Airport.
The are so rude! We had a reservation, made two months ago. When arriving, they didn’t have the car we ordered. They wanted to give us an old car, when we said we don’t want it, they said that we are troubled customers, and they canceled our reservation.
We had to go back to the airport to make another reservation with another company.
