All of the reviews you read here are true. Avoid this company at all costs. Everything they say about the waiver and making you pay extra for toll roads is all true. We got tricked into the super expensive waiver but chose it rather than be stranded in the middle of nowhere. At least we won’t have to deal with their customer service to get deposit back. Unbelievable.
