One of the worst company's I have ever dealt with. 2 weeks ago I was told that the pump in the boiler was gone. And was told by engineer not to turn on boiler as the pump will blow. They said they would order one in the meantime was advised not to use boiler. No heater supplied I mean nothing. Could not get hold of anyone in there office and when I did was canned anwsars. They left my parents with no heating or hot water for 2 weeks. Both my mum and dad are in hospital know with hyperthermia this is one of the worst company's I have ever had to deal with I wish I could give them a zero star review as the service provided is of the poorest quality. I would also advise the local councils to stop useing this company has all negitive reviews and out of 100% only 20% of customers had work completed on time. Very poor
