No chance of ever getting an appt. If you do,they change it or cancel it. Nothing works...they are a shambles

Used to be excellent, but over the past year have gone down hill. Hard to find a phone number and when you do call 50th in the queue!! No response to emails or WhatsApp and online chat never available. Still good at taking the the monthly direct debit though

Unresponsive even to elderly people. Incompetent too. 50th in the queue on the phone then cut off two hours later. Still waiting for an outcome on WhatsApp having messaged 5hours ago. No email response from their complaints dept. Avoid.

EVERY THING WENT WRONG, from taking over 6 months to complete installation through total incompetence. Servicing that was beyond poor. Lack of accountability and communication, people just not turning up without notice, turning up then saying they forgot to charge up their equipment and then left. Impossible to communicate with anyone, via phone “minimum of 30 minutes each call with no response except you are 27/26 or even 7 in a queue but the number doesn’t change. No response from their text or WhatsApp except “thanks for contacting us , we will respond as quickly as possible!!!!! That was 3 days ago, leaving a message each day. STILL THEY DO NOT RESPOND

Been on the phone most of the day to try and get hold of this company, i have no heating my thermostat has broken and i have two children at home under 2 one being a cardiac baby and still on phone now after being cut off twice. unfortunately can't not use them as im a council tenant but they are horrific.

If you are looking for a reliable company, look elsewhere. Swale Heating is incompetent, impossible to communicate with, and unreliable when a service is booked.

No response from enquiries on WhatsApp or online after 4 days although promise of 24 hour service Took 2 days to get through on phone to report a repair. A part needed but not carried so no heating until replaced... no confetmation of when replacement part will be installed.

Had a boiler service in December which showed a fault, gas engineer rebooked appointment with me for 03/01/2025 to fit replacement broken item. He did not turn up and no call from company with any reason for non attendance, unfortunately I don’t have a choice of gas boiler service as I live in housing association property. I would not not recommend this company to anybody as unreliable.

Do not accept a survey by zoom. I did, then got stitched up for an extra £800 for a cost that is hidden in their small print for zoom surveys, even though the part in question was clear to see on the video. The salesman even took photos through the video call of the pipework in question.

I have been let down so many times now, with no contact to say why the engineers haven’t turned up, I’ve waited for so long on the phone to them trying to get an answer, but no response,I’ve been paying monthly for nothing now, what a terrible way to treat customers,they couldn’t care a less,I think it’s taking our hard earned money for a service that doesn’t exist ,I wouldn’t even give them 1 star😡

Sent emails to Swale Heating about bad experience with them...was told my complaint was passed to manager. I hadn't heard anything for whole month, so I persued second time, was told same thing...my complaint was passed to manager. Again hadn't heard anything back bout three weeks. So I persued third time, oh what a surprise, was told same bloody thing...my complaint will be passed to the manager...and guess what, 7 days later still ain't heard bugger all!!!....cowards that's what you are can't be bothered to face your customers and sort out problems YOU caused!

I will be honest, it was a pig of a job to get my boiler fixed and back working, however, it is now working. Furthermore, it wasn't the ability of the engineers (they were top lads under immense pressure to deliver the amount of jobs they needed to complete everyday), it wasn't the admin lot (they were a pleasant team that were also under pressure to give the level of service they needed to deliver that they would expect themselves), it wasn't even the director (Derek, a top lad under pressure to keep his company afloat in ridiculous circumstances, and his employees working, which is caused by the car-crash of governments we all have to deal with). I too wanted to shout at someone to get the job done - BUT... it wasn't Swale Heating - they get 5 starts - this muppet show in Westminster get minus 5 stars for so many reasons... So please shout at the correct people!!! I mean it when I say thank you and well done Swales Heating!!!

I’ve had no heating for a month got a baby and 2 disabled girls it’s freezing in here keep sending people out and they just don’t seem to care this is so poor and they don’t care about there customers

Wow I can not belive how terrible your service is. You really managed to trump yourself not only did you not answer my call when I stayed on hold for 2 hours you never turned up for my appointment and I didn't even get a call to say that the engineer wouldn't make it to rearrange. I have had 3 separate people out in the last 3 weeks as I have been without heating in the coldest time of the year. I am utterly disgusted in how you treat you customers. My children are frozen. If I could give less then 1 star I would as you don't even deserve that one

My 87 year old mum with no heating on the phone on hold for two hours before it cuts to answer phone...hope? No...line goes dead. This is not a service How did you communicate with the company? WE DIDN'T How quick did the company reply to your queries? THEY DIDN'T How would you rate the customer service you received? WE RECEIVED NO SERVICE zero stars
