Never respond to complaints . Some of the rudest staff ever at the office . Did an annual gas check failed to notice a leak that was already there , engineer booked an appointment there and then but no-one showed up . Another engineer came out and hadn’t been told he needed parts . Now been told I have to wait in again as they didn’t get a copy of a valid certificate at the first annual check . Absolutely useless

No response to What’s App messages to book a repair all day! The phone wait time is totally unacceptable; over an hour - sometimes 90 minutes to get through 4 or 5 customers, plus the beyond irritating recorded message constantly replayed. I lost the will to live listening to that man every moment! Is there anyone actually there?! . Swale Heating used to be excellent.They finally booked an engineer to attend between 12-5pm a few days ahead without any further communication or apology to me on What’s App.The live chat is always closed; no you can’t “speak to one of the team live online” at any time. I simply received an email from my phone message. Well ok, they booked it but didn’t communicate with me. So I waited and no engineer arrived. No response again when I tried to call. I cannot access the customer portal as the account either as it is not in my name, I have to speak to an advisor. I wasted my whole afternoon. The customer service support is abysmal.The engineers themselves are excellent though.No complaints there. What has happened to this company? Shocking customer service.

They are the worst company to TRY to get in touch with, they do not turn up for a service and no phone call.Very bad. I was told I had a leak in my system, after taking the carpets up in two rooms and getting a plumber to call it was just a valve. Absolutely useless

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I renewed my service plan. Never had any issues before but Swale have not attended 2 visits they scheduled with no phone call to say why. They are quick enough to take your money but not deliver on service. Almost impossible to contact. Beware! I'm still waiting.

Engineer lied about fixing, boiler, 6+ calls of 45-1hr+ waiting on hold to talk to someone. Operator couldn’t get hold of engineer everytime they tried to get update. No shows for appointments ie lied about couldn’t gain entry to property. What’s app is also useless asked to reply with info then get automated answer about someone will reply within 24hrs twice, still waiting for engineer to come to fix problem!

Just dreadful customer service. Nobody available on their I've chat if you need support, HOWEVER they are available if you wish to discuss SALES ! 🤔

Apalling lack of service cannot even call it bad as it is non existent, whatsapp non responsive, wait on the phone for matter of hours all totalled up and still even after finally speaking to a call service with a promise of a call back, I have received no call back, this is a 13 month Worcester boiler installed by them that has failed, with a serious leak, furious

If I could’ve given a review with 0 stars I would’ve done so. Begrudgingly giving one star as that’s the lowest allowed. Contacted them on Thursday morning regarding no heating whatsoever since weds evening- with three children in the house- two of who suffer from croup and bronchiolitis and myself with asthma, was told no one would be out until Monday. Phoned out of hours over the weekend as had also lost hot water too by this point- to be told by an obnoxiously rude receptionist that I would just have to wait until Monday. We are now on Monday and appointment seems to have been cancelled with no notice or even a courtesy call to myself. After being on hold for 1 hour and 45 mins this morning to be disconnected before answering. Absolute shambles of a company! Will be lodging a formal complaint and taking this as far as it can go.

Absolute shambles, can never get a response from WhatsApp,Messenger or phone. They never keep to appointment time that you had pre booked they turn up the wrong day and put a card through door when your at home and I have 2 door bells and a knocker. Where to go from here?

Boiler leaking water out of the bottom after having a service a couple of weeks ago which we had to chase up ourselves!! They could only visit in about 10 days so still waiting But now heating has stopped working downstairs They never answer the phone so have to do what’s app it’s exhausting Don’t even know if we should be using the boiler as leaking water everywhere Customer service non existent Used to be a good company Now gone right down the pan!!!!

Absolutely worst company to deal with. 1 star is even too high, would not recommend this company at all. It’s incredibly difficult to get through to anyone, no urgency whatsoever and even had no one turn up despite waiting at home all day (where I needed to take off work to be available).

Made an appointment over 3 weeks ago two days before they were due they cancelled. Been trying to contact them no answer or reply, spent over 2 hours on hold today only to get cut off when got down to caller no 4 . Absolute shocking service this is why they lost contact last time. Just what you need with an autistic child in your house... again shocking service.

Dreadful company to deal with, never answer a phone for at least 2 hours, my appointment got cancelled without prior warning, the re booked appointment for a AM call, according to their website portal says engineer not even started yet at 11.50am. This company should be avoided at all costs, I shall be canclling my service contract now and going back to British Gas, at least they care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would what a joke of a company five days with no hot water cannot get in contact. no one answers the phone this company needs taking to court and sued for lack of everything worst company to deal with swale heating you are a bad experience what went wrong you haven't got a clue what you are doing

I reported a fault in December 2024. The engineer came out and told me the thermostat needed replacing. A date for the engineer to return with the parts was booked along with a service to be carried at the same time. The service engineer arrived but only to service the boiler. I had to wait for another engineer to replace the thermostat. When he arrived (beginning of January) he had the wrong part. It’s now the end of January and I have heard nothing from them. The online chat doesn’t work. Phone calls join a queue that are not answered, you get cut off! The online portal will not let me book an appointment because the existing repair job is still open! The online chat doesn’t work either. Awful service

Three months ago, I had two engineers out to repair my boiler, they had no idea what was the problem as they were calling their service manager for advice, eventually they left two hours later and said they have to order a part. Very laughable.... today is 21/01/2025, I've got a afternoon appointment today and the time is 5:15 pm and quess what??? No sign of any engineer has bothered to show up... the company is an absolute disgracefull company that will mess up your time, day and boiler... I've been on the phone to them an hour now and I've only moved up the waiting list by 5 users... disgusting service and company
