I arranged an appointment for Swale Heating to visit my home as my boiler was playing up, and I was not recieving enough hot water through my bath tap. The repairman came to my house and said he needed to order a part for my boiler to fix the problem.
A week later an engineer from Swale arrives at my house he has the part I let him in to fix my boiler only to discover he has ordered the wrong part so I now I have to wait for them ot re order the part and fit it, meaning another appointment. The engineer was ingenious enough to offer me a temporary solution that would get my hot water working unfortunately the temporary solution lasted less than a day and I was back with hardly any hot water.
Various engineers have come to my home to fix my boiler problem but none have been able to do so, it's always the same answer "I have to order the part", and I am kept waiting. I am sick and tired of Swale Heating, they appear to be shambolic and clueless.
