Swale engineer performed "temporary repair" to my boiler on Sat 23rd Nov to give restore my heating after freezing for 22 hours. Have tried several times to phone but never get below 11th in the queue. Have sent 2 web chat messages but they are never on line. Have sent 3 emails with just an automated response saying they aim to get back to me within 24 hrs! Got a response from the last one asking for my address!!! Also no letter advising of my annual service this year.
I have been a monthly direct debit customer for 11 years now but something has gone badly wrong with this company. Not enough staff?
I have had enough now and having read all the other reviews am seriously considering cancelling my contract. I cannot afford to pay for a non existent service.
