Dreadful company to deal with, never answer a phone for at least 2 hours, my appointment got cancelled without prior warning, the re booked appointment for a AM call, according to their website portal says engineer not even started yet at 11.50am.
This company should be avoided at all costs, I shall be canclling my service contract now and going back to British Gas, at least they care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
