Customer Service appalling. I purchased 2 pairs of leggings in the sale in February. I checked out as a guest and £95 was charged to my credit card, however, I received no email acknowledging my order, no order number and no goods. I rang shortly afterwards (numbers I found on the internet which have since been blocked: 020 7610 8390 and 020 7751 0591) and was told that my order hadn’t gone through properly and had been cancelled. I was also told that I hadn’t been charged.
However I was charged. £95 on 29th Feb.
I have sent numerous emails, been on umpteen “chats” (total joke…who chats with 20 minute intervals between each comment!) and the only reply I get is that the order was cancelled and the charge to my credit card is only “pending” and can take up to 5-10 working days to be released.
This is utter rubbish. £95 is still on my account and has been for over a month now.
I have now raised this with Mastercard and they are progressing on my behalf. But this isn’t the level of service I would expect from a company such as this. I have been ignored and fobbed off and feel totally let down. Emails are not answered and there is no way of getting any help from this organisation. I thought SweatyBetty was a top brand!!! But my experience with this order has been atrocious! Very worrying!
