“Very disappointed with quality of my leggings just been to store in Chichester and they dis nothing even though was wearing them with the hole and they with still in shop the leggings I brought £80 odd pounds for something that has come apart after a month”
“Customer Service appalling. I purchased 2 pairs of leggings in the sale in February. I checked out as a guest and £95 was charged to my credit card, however, I received no email acknowledging my order, no order number and no goods. I rang shortly afterwards (numbers I found on the internet which have since been blocked: 020 7610 8390 and 020 7751 0591) and was told that my order hadn’t gone through properly and had been cancelled. I was also told that I hadn’t been charged.
However I was charged. £95 on 29th Feb.
I have sent numerous emails, been on umpteen “chats” (total joke…who chats with 20 minute intervals between each comment!) and the only reply I get is that the order was cancelled and the charge to my credit card is only “pending” and can take up to 5-10 working days to be released.
This is utter rubbish. £95 is still on my account and has been for over a month now.
I have now raised this with Mastercard and they are progressing on my behalf. But this isn’t the level of service I would expect from a company such as this. I have been ignored and fobbed off and feel totally let down. Emails are not answered and there is no way of getting any help from this organisation. I thought SweatyBetty was a top brand!!! But my experience with this order has been atrocious! Very worrying!”
“Before quality was much better.... Now, they charge almost 100£ for leggings and it teared so quickly.... Didn't even exercise with those and wore just for walking... I used to buy loads of leggings and some of them are still in a good condition more than 2/3years but recently quality is very poor and pricy.... Very disappointed as it was my favourite brand.....”
“If I could give it a 0 stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM SWEATY BETTY! They sold me 2 tops that both developed holes when worn for a few hours by a fairly inactive 67 year old and then told me it wasn’t faulty it was ‘wear and tear’ and they wouldn’t refund! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
“I place my other on 19th December and still haven’t received it on 11th January. I have messaged multiple times on the website to ask where my parcel is and despite promising to get back to you within 7 days I’ve heard nothing. I’ve even called my local Sweaty Betty shop today to ask for help as I don’t know what else to do. It looks like my parcel is stuck in an Evri depot.”

My order should have arrived on 1st October but hasn’t. I can’t get a response from the company and I have tried contacting them, on every form of media, emails, chat, facebook, Twitter. There is no customer service and absolutely no way to get in touch with them. They have taken my money but not supplied goods. I won’t buy from them again - seems like I’ve been scammed by sweaty Betty!”
“Terrible shipping and customer service.
I placed an order online for my ski trip and received somebody else's order instead! My name and delivery address were on the outside of the parcel but somebody else's order was packed in the parcel. ( I found this out when I notice somebody else's order number and name on the delivery note inside the parcel) !!!
Contacted SB customer service immediately with all the information 5 days ago- but heard nothing from them since (even no automatic receipt of my email). I don't know what to do now- my order worth £456 and I received somebody else's order worth about £138 and none are my size!”
“They received my returned items on 20 June and I still haven't had my refund despite chasing them repeatedly. Another review site reports many, many people with the exact same problem. I'd give them no stars if I could.
Caveat emptor.”
