Pricing is competitive, ordering is easy, their stock is huge, and it's easy to get someone on the phone for support. (Try getting ANY support from Roland, for example.) My contact there is Aaron Regenold, and he's been very helpful and accessible. Just today he called to confirm my latest order of drum stuff had shipped. I've used Sweetwater for 12 years and I've never been let down. I don't understand most of the negative reviews. This outfit is the best.
