Thier sales engineers are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure you get the instrument you want. In my case I wanted a red Les Paul Standard but had specific preferences on the grain and weight. Payton helped dial that in for me.

I'm an ex-pro drummer from the '60s and '70s now living out where Jesus lost his shoes, and I'm nowhere near a drum shop. Sweetwater has been tops in all categories. Pricing is competitive, ordering is easy, their stock is huge, and it's easy to get someone on the phone for support. (Try getting ANY support from Roland, for example.) My contact there is Aaron Regenold, and he's been very helpful and accessible. Just today he called to confirm my latest order of drum stuff had shipped. I've used Sweetwater for 12 years and I've never been let down. I don't understand most of the negative reviews. This outfit is the best.

Purchased a used Crumar Mojo Classic with 2 year "warranty." Only four gigs later, there's an issue, and just to have it evaluated, I have to ship it at my own expense; no option was given for local evaluation or servicing. Will not be making any more purchases from Sweetwater.

After investing with this company I found out that they were scammers please don't invest with them and also stay away from there agency after they had frozen my account I decided to report to authority and then I came across Mrs Bruce Nora who is a recovery agent I got in contact with her and she guided me through the process, within few days, my money was recovered to me in total. I switched the Sweetwater because of the pricing and the fast shipping usually within three days but lately shipping has taken far longer than that.. It starts out UPS and they can take up to four days then they handed off to the postal service and that can take up to another four or five days before I get it.. it starts out UPS and they can take up to four days then they handed off to the postal service and that can take up to another four or five days before I get it I would rather pay for shipping and get it in a timely manner than free shipping with the long wait.. I seriously doubt I will order from Sweetwater in the future I’ll probably go back to Amazon..

I'm a customer, not frequent, but a customer. I reached out twice to get information about service, once to my sales advisor and once to the general contact, and never got a response. I guess they only care when I put the credit card info into my cart and hit the "buy" button. Dissappointing.

As musicians, we ask sales reps lots and lots, and sometimes wacky questions. Sweetwater reps are pretty much above average in this area. My guy, Josh Hart is one of the best when it comes to listening and talking the time. Never pushing a sale is one of the best things about him. If you need an answer and if he’s not completely sure of the right answer, he’ll find it and get back to you quickly so you can make the decision.

I have complete faith with every drum gear purchase I make with Sweetwater! My rep Austin Childress is VERY knowledgeable, professional with a solution to every aspect of navigating the drum journey! He provides a follow up call with EVERY purchase no matter how big or small the order is. He truly appreciates my business! The shipping is prompt, with communication on the tracking status.

Bought a harmonica from Sweetwater, and I received a phone call the next day thanking me for my purchase, and asking if there was anything else I needed. The harmonica arrived in a well-packed box complete with a 'thank you' brochure. They also enclosed candy/gum ❤️. I thought that was a sweet-friendly gesture. So now I'm enjoying both my harmonica and candy/gum. Thanks Sweetwater!!!!

Aaron wiped my you know what and bent over backwards to help me score a brand new synthesizer. I ordered one through a scam company in NY and should have been more careful, BBB reports were horrible. Anyway after ordering my synth at a much lower price than most stores I was told that the order was back ordered and would be filled 2 to 3 months after my purchase. The other music equipment stores had this in stock for a slightly higher price. I contacted Sweetwater and asked if they could price match and they wanted my information on the product how far the shipping was and the price I was quoted. I told them the truth and they matched the other less than GREAT companies price and were extremely kind and hooked me the f..k up. I will always remember them treating me like a king and giving me a huge break on price and shipping so my old ass can play with a wonderful new toy. Thank you Aaron and Sweetwater and I will ONLY buy my gear and accessories here until the day I am no longer on the planet.

Sales people and really don't know what they make out to know. Also they try to be your buddy which is really annoying I just want to order something and get it in reasonable time remember there are other places even local to buy equipment!!! I have enough friends already and I don't need a follow upon an order especially if its less than 25 dollars.......thats just wasting my time and company time!! Ill have to think twice before ordering from Sweetwater again!!!!!

I have my sales representative Max rice always takes very good care of me if there's ever a problem he always takes care of it I think he really deserves a raise and you need more people like him very knowledgeable and what he's doing always prompt always calls back if I leave a message very very reliable employee and I would have nobody but him anyway I think he needs a raise so maybe you can give him one

Good quality products, ordered a ukulele from there and the quality was very good. Lasted me a long time. But, I ordered a guitar from there 3 weeks ago. I placed the order then and was told it would take about 2 weeks to get here. I call Sweetwater to find out why it wasn’t here yet. Guy on the phone tells me that the order was never looked at and hasn’t even been shipped. Work on your customer service!

I have spent thousands of dollars over the years with Sweetwater. Recently they recommended an interface that turned out to have extremely complicated software. They offered about 30minutes of time after which the technician could only partially fix the issue. Now, they refuse to offer any more support for the product. They just lost me as a customer.
