Everything went really well until it came to delivery of our Austral 40. The courier company didn't notify us that they were holding our package until I emailed Swiftdry asking where it was. In the end it took 10 days to arrive. Not satisfactory when every other online company I've dealt with had our goods to us within 4 days.
