Staff were very helpful. Courier was very slow, took 2 weeks from Chch to Russell. The clothesline itself is more sturdy than a Hills but a pig of a thing. The clip supplied to take the bar the end of the lines you pull out is hopeless. We ended up using the two from our old Hills unit. The lines themselves to be taunt are a nightmare and still arent great, the instructions to tension them are frustrating. The unit needs real improvement to make it as simple to fix as others. We have fitted about 5 of the Hills ones at properties we own, Hills are far simpler. We are hoping that after the hassle of getting this unit and fitting it it lasts longer.
