The assistance while ordering was brilliant, and I know freight from the South Island takes a long time which is out of SwiftDry's control. Using PBT (Probably By Tomorrow) is generally slower than other carriers too. My new clothesline arrived about a week and a half after ordering, all items shipped correctly, we won't have time to install it yet, but I've used your products before and I know it's excellent. Thank you for the awesome service!
