I ordered food through Swiggy at 6.45 pm. I am writing this review at 8.55 pm while I still wait for my order to be delivered. There has been a delay of more than 2 hours. I raised the issue of delay with the customer care executive after the delivery agent named Pridhvi Sai refused to deliver the item. The customer service executive was equally incompetent, brazen and disrespectful. I request the concerned authorities at Swiggy to take up this matter and take appropriate actions immediately against Pridhvi Sai ( delivery agent).
