““I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. I was on the call regarding an important matter, and the following individuals completely mishandled the situation: • Kaja: Was unhelpful and dismissive. • Aditya and Samar: Kept me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and then disconnected the call without resolving anything. • Aman: Was rude and unprofessional, telling me outright, ‘I can’t help you.’ This behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the service I was expecting. I need an immediate resolution to my issue and an explanation for this poor treatment.”

“Very pathetic service experience. Very unprofessional customer service team. Have faced 2-3 events while they didn’t deliver the food and haven’t resolved the issues. And most pathetic thing that they have been doing a favour by giving the refund. Please do not refer it any one who is very closed to You.”

“Worst experience. Never ever book a table with Swiggy. We had booked a table for 'The Goma by Radisson' in Goregaon one day before our dining. But we received a call from the restaurant next day afternoon stating they can't accomodate us, since they are full.There is absolutely no coordination between Swiggy and the restaurant. They simply do not care about the customers. It completely spoiled our mood and our plan.Imagine getting embarassed infront of family or guests because of Swiggy's negligence. They don't even deserve 1 star. Worst worst worst everrrr!!!”

“Worst experience with Swiggy. My order was received with half empty. Asked for conference call with the delivery agent. Packaging was opened, soggy spilt food, no conference, no food and got no refund. Deleted the app!”

“Disastrous Experience - Late Delivery & Unjustified Cancellation Fee "I recently had a terrible experience with Swiggy. My order was significantly delayed, arriving much later than the estimated delivery parter sign. This resulted in cold and unappetizing food. To make matters worse, when I attempted to cancel the order due to the excessive delay, I was charged an exorbitant cancellation fee.”

“I mistakenly clicked cancel button for food delivery and they took money 1040 rupees for an order. I didn't know that they will take whole amount for cancellation. Thought to order from a nearby hotel to house for my cousin. I am in Calicut and is not familiar with the places there. I again ordered the same food paying money again. I requested for cancellation and they said our policy is not refundable.”

“"DO NOT TRUST SWIGGY! I am beyond frustrated with Swiggy. This isn't just a one-time issue—I've had multiple experiences where Swiggy took my money, never delivered my order, and ignored my calls. Every time, the delivery driver refuses to pick up or respond, and then the order just disappears. It's like they take your money and vanish. I genuinely feel cheated, and it’s happened far too often for it to be a coincidence. Swiggy has proven they can't be trusted, and it's nothing short of fraud. Don’t make the mistake I did—avoid Swiggy at all costs. There are plenty of reliable alternatives out there!"”

“Cheated by Swiggy DINE OUT APP. FIRST they will Lure you by showing discount . Then we booked a Table, while we were already at the Restaurant so as to claim the offers as shown in discounts. At the time of Payment the Discounts were NO LONGER available. IT WAS REALLY very very humiliating as We really felt cheated. Should have used the other Apps like Eazy Diner or Zomato. When called to Customer Service, he appeared to be very unprofessional, uneducated & rude employee. He just kept ranting one line that since we have used the APP for Booking a TABLE, so the OFFERS / DISCOUNTS are no longer available. MY BILL was for Rs2024/-, & initially it mentioned 15% discount , & then it vanished, NO DISCOUNT at the time of Payment after having meals . LOSS of Rs 300 /- Complaint No. 187077136311465 On the Swiggy call centre., date - 5 Oct 2024. BE CAREFUL, BEFORE BOOKING WITH & on SWIGGY.”

“This morning I ordered 5 ltr Safola gold oil and it said 1 ltr free. They never delivered the 1 ltr free and when I complained I was offered 50 rs. So what this chor company is doing, is taking the free oil and selling it and then offering Rs 50 as compensation. I am going to complain in the consumer forum as well. Never use this chor company. Horrible service and only steal ir money”

“From Chennai swiggy service very very worst... If you ordered any food after open the parcel more items are missing and not as restaurant marketing one. If you go complain with customer care no response. For past one month they don't refund my money. But they promised by chat... I have evidence. I plan to consumer court to reach. But government bodies what they are monitor like this mnc company... How control this”

“I’m writing to share my frustrating experience with Swiggy, which might help others make a more informed choice. I recently ordered boondi laddoo but received methi laddoo instead, a significant mix-up. I immediately reported the issue and provided photographic evidence, yet there has been no satisfactory resolution. This is the second time I've faced such negligence from Swiggy without any follow-up or remedy. Given the lack of effective support and resolution from Swiggy, I strongly recommend considering Zomato instead. My experiences with Zomato have been more reliable, with prompt service and better customer care. Don’t risk your order with Swiggy—choose Zomato for a more dependable food delivery experience.”

“I ordered so many time and wasted so much of efforts to make understand swiggy about wrong delivery of orders and partial delivery of orders and less value orders against the money you paid and totally unprofessional behaviour towards your sufferings ordering your food with swiggy. Wasting your so much of your precious time saving your hardearned money.”
