I placed an order on 14 Apr at 0800pm for Rs 468/- and noticed that wrong address was selected by me. So immediately I requested for delivery at other address, they denied. So I requested for cancellation. They charged the 100% cancellation fee within a minute at 0801pm without any valid reason. This was a very bad experience with me being a new customer placed my first order. This isn’t just poor service, it’s dangerous and greedy Company. Swiggy needs to understand that for many, this isn’t just convenience, it’s survival. Stop treating customers for making profit by charging unnecessary fees without any valid reason. Fix your priorities in line with customer satisfaction.
