Let me preface by saying I am a HUGE fan of Costa Del Mar sunglasses. I have owned numerous brands of sunglasses including Ray Ban, Maui Jim, amongst several others. I have thought for a while that the lenses from Costa are superior to them all, and I currently have at least 6 pairs of Costa sunglasses. I recently dropped one of my favorite pair and one of the lenses shattered. They managed to land perfectly on a corner causing the lens to shatter. Because I had a spare set exactly like them, I decided to look for a "cheaper" alternative to replacing the lenses. I stumbled across Tajima after a few Google searches, and after reading several positive reviews comparing them to Maui Jims, I thought I'd give them a try. I am so GRATEFUL for that decision!! First of all, the customer service provided by Jacob was absolutely amazing. He was quick to answer any questions I had, and the turnaround time was great. As for the lenses...FANTASTIC!!! I sent in my old frames, they were returned with the new lenses along with my old lenses packed separately. The new lenses are incredibly sharp and I actually prefer them over the identical Costas that I have. All my Costa sunglasses have their top-tier lense (580G), and the lenses from Tajima surpass them. I am blown away and will use them again without hesitation should I scratch/damage another set. Thank you, Jacob, and the Tajima team for providing an excellent product along with top notch customer service at such a fair price. I will be a return customer for sure!
